The following was taken from this weeks EVE University public mailing list which you join in game by signing up to 'Classes.E-UNI'.
The primary purpose of EVE University is to teach new (and old) players about the basics of life in EVE and various aspects of game play. To that end they hold regular classes, both theoretical and practical, in order to accomplish this goal. You can find more information on how to join their classes on their website here. If you are unable to attend a live class due to time zone differences, you will also be able to find transcripts of their classes as well.
Please note that most of their classes are public! You do not need to be a member of EVE University to join!
This is a preliminary overview of University classes scheduled for the week of Monday, 27 June. All dates are subject to change at the discretion of the lecturer and/or teaching staff. All times are specified in EVE time. All classes are open to the public unless specified otherwise.

Tuesday, 28 June
01:30 - Introduction to EVE University
This is a class for new Unistas, pilots looking to join E-Uni, or anyone curious about how the Uni runs. All are welcome. Braan Cadar is your instructor.

03:00 - [Q&A] Game Mechanics
Join Professor Seamus Donohue for the first of his twice weekly sessions on all things EVE. You have a question? Bring it. The Professor is in!

18:00 - Wormholes 201
The advanced class on Wormholes. Tress Antollare will talk about scouting, mapping, general WHC how to, Citadels in wormholes and how not to be seen. This class is restricted to EVE University members only.

01:30 - Fleets 101
Jurius Doctor leads this class on the basics of fleet operations. Understanding how fleets work is critical when participating in fleets ops. Join in an make sure you're prepared.

21:00 - UniWiki 101
UniWiki 101 will cover navigation, editing, and creating basic wiki pages in our New Eden wide reknown UniWiki. Torr Victros is your Editor in Chief.

16:30 - Hauling 101
Tavion Aksmis starts a series of classes on the basics of hauling. Last time this ran there were rave reviews, don't miss this repeat performance!

18:30 - Hauling 102
Tavion Aksmis picks up where Hauling 101 finsihed. This class covers more advanced topics, like insta dock and undock bookmarks, some of the more advanced haulers, tacticals and safe spots, equipping your hauler and more. WARNING: Here there be math!

23:00 - PvP Dynamics
PvP is on everyone's mind. Lets get to it and Kill them ALL...
45mins session on PvP Dynamics and various aspects of PvP. This class is followed by Noobs on Patrol. Rudra Som leads you into glorious battle.

12:00 - Freighter 101
Tavion Aksmis continues the series on hauling, this time talking about the big boys of hauling - Freighters. They hold huge amounts of cargo, move about as fast as a snail and turn like a pregnant elephant ... but when you want lots of stuff stuff moved, they are the way to move it. Includes tips on ganking and cargo limits.

15:00 - Capacitor Warfare
Paledan Safemal will teach you in this class about Cap Warfare. Energy Neutralizers, Energy Vampires and the likes. Take away their cap and they're dead in the water. Learn the how and why about killing your opponents by taking away their capacitor.

20:00 - Jump Freight and Suitcase Capitals
Ever wondered how a cyno or a capital jump drive works? Or how Mercenary Coalition fight in a new war each month in a completely different part of null space?? This class will explain the machanics behind movement of capital ships from a hauling and logistics perspective with Jump Freighters as main focus, with information on Suitcase Capitals and capital movement. Tavion Aksmis continues the series with information on the top end of hauling.
